Hi,

We're trialing this, but we have some questions and (possibly) some bugs

1) Deleted tags are shown in a dropdown as the user types in the TagMe field. How do we clear unused or deleted tags? Is a Tag was used in the past, but hasn't been used for a while and never will be again 2) How do I search for more than one tag? Not any specific UI, just the syntax in the search text field. 3) I have 4 tags associated with Accounts (Maple, Red, Blue, TEST). The TagMe cloud displays:  “%Red%Red BlueBlueMapleTESTMaple RedRed%Maple%Red%%Maple%”. 4) Deleted tags leave behind a comma (“,”) which is shown in the export file. 5) Inline edit does not work properly, when clicked tags are shown as comma separated values. 6) Is it possible to mass remove a tag?

    Thanks for using our add-on. Please find the answers below.

Is a Tag was used in the past, but hasn't been used for a while and never will be again 6) Is it possible to mass remove a tag? - Tag deletion is not supported as the tags are used into multiple modules. We have note down this feature request for future version. However right now you will have to do it from the DB.

    2) How do I search for more than one tag? Not any specific UI, just the syntax in the search text field. - We will provide the Multiselect into the search from where you can search the multiple tags. Let us know the SuiteCRM version you are using.

    5) Inline edit does not work properly, when clicked tags are shown as comma separated values. - Inline edit is not supported by TagMe.

    Thanks, we decided to pass this version - we will be keeping an eye out for future version hoping that things are a little more integrated/polished.
