#3241 - I am unable to get to the settings pages, keeps showing the license key verification page.

I am unable to get to the pages Manage Predefine Tags, Manage Regular Users and Populate Limit as it keeps showing the license verification page, I have re-entered the code and checked and shows sucess, but still it is unable to proceed, I can add the new field type for which I have done.

I am using Version 7.11.18 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

    Hello Daren,

    This should not happen, Can you confirm you have checked below?

    1) Admin -> Repair -> Quick repair and rebuild. Execute if any query appears. 2) Check the file permission and ownership on your server, and set it to correct one

    Got in touch over skype, and found out that some third-party addon was resetting the user hook array, and that's why the problem was coming. We have resolved the issue, and the other vendor will be notified for the issue he has in his package.
