Whe going into the suiteCRM at the portal layout configurations I can't seem to edit the modules and can't save?

    Hi Dawid,

    Greetings from Appjetty!

    We have checked on your CRM instance, there might be the file permission related issue in the layout configuration page.

    Due to this file permission issue some js and CSS files are not being load and that is the reason you are facing this issue.

    Thus, kindly make sure that Customer Portal Plugins related files has proper file permissions ( 755 recursive file permission to custom and modules directory) of your CRM instance.

    In the following screen shot, you can review one of our plugin file has no proper permission given:

      Hai I tried that and the CRM doesn't give me the undefined again but the portal just loads half way at the configur portal layout Capture1.PNG
