On config the Joomla package and entering UN and PW get the following...

Error Configuration did not complete successfully.

Seems to be installed and running on Suite CRM, Validate process successful, even adjusted AOP setting. URL pointing to eachother

Please help. Maia

    I am having the same issue on SuiteCRM 7.9.6

    Hi Matt,

    Greetings from Appjetty!

    Yes, the file permission on your SuiteCRM instance for our Portal plugin might not be set properly.

    So, we are advising you to resolve this file access issue by providing proper file permission to your CRM system.

    Thus kindly ask your Administrator to set file permissions as per this article. We advice you to give 775 recursive file permission on "custom" and "module" directory of your CRM. This will resolve the issue.
