I bought a Twilio suitecrm SMS module, but I can't validate the license you sent me, Can you help me

    Can you confirm the issue you are facing with the license key along with the SuiteCRM version that you are using.

    we are using suitecrm Version 7.13.3 (sugar Version 6.5.25(build344) the license key simply does not validate when I click on validate. No message appears, nothing happens.

    I just suspended and reactivated the license key.. Can you check if the same works. If not I will start discussion on your email to share another key if this does not work.
