Can you please check the log from Admin-> Twilio Configuration -> View Log and send the screenshot for it, so I can identify why the error is coming.

Hi hector,
Please make sure you have correctly configured your Account Sid In Twilio Configuration and also your phone number from which you are sending sms '+15555555555', if the error will remain same, I'll suggest you for a meeting on Skype so I can easily resolve the issue
