Please confirm the below requirements.
Requirements:
A case opening SMS should be sent to the person which mentions the ticket ID and case number.
A case closing SMS should be sent to the person which mentions the ticket ID and case closure message.
The regular update messages should be customizable but the initial (opening/closing case) message should be the default.
