Dear Team,

Please confirm the below requirements.

Requirements:

  1. A case opening SMS should be sent to the person which mentions the ticket ID and case number.

  2. A case closing SMS should be sent to the person which mentions the ticket ID and case closure message.

  3. The regular update messages should be customizable but the initial (opening/closing case) message should be the default.
