#997 - new trial - license key not working
We recently signed up for 4 trial seats in the office 365 integration. I put in my credit card # but when i try to connect, it says I have an invalid key #. I've copied it and pasted it from the suitecrm store. Two of the others in my group, it works as a trial, but when i try to put the key # in, it also says it is invalid. Can you help me? Hi Joan, I am seeing a license key that ends with f7eae7ee. It’s for 3 seats, out of which 3 users are already activated: Jason, Jim and Justin. The license key is valid and the trial will expire March 16th. If you like to activate other users instead, let us know and we can release the licenses so other users will be able to activate them. You can also increase the user count via the SuiteCRM store.

I just looked in my account and it says i have signed up for 4 seats. I'm afraid if i click it again, it will give me 5 users and i only need 4. I would like to activate everyone's so that they can use them.

Hi Joan, not sure where the discrepancy is coming from but we've increased your count to 4. You should be able to activate the fourth user now.
