#837 - Not able to install the plugin

I installed the plugin, however it is not allowing me to log in using my suite crm log in credentials.

    To troubleshoot your issue we need more details from you. Please send us the Server URL you are using in Welcome dialog of the plugin. And check if you are using LDAP authentication in your server and if so enter your LDAP Encryption Key in the Welcome dialog of the plugin. Also navigate to folder "C:\Users[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\Implicit\Implicit FrontEnd" and send SyncAddinTrace.txt to support@implicitweb.com please.
