I have added Implicit Front end to my add ins but have not received an email allowing me to continue with the installation.

    When you purchased the add-in in the SuiteCRM store you received a license key. That is what you need to activate the add-in. Please see user guide.

      Yes but the email to put the license key in has never arrived? The user guide says I will receive an email.
