I am at a loss in how to install this product. I have outlook under Microsoft 365 for business.

    I did not receive a file to load or a place to download the file.

    There is no download for this add-in. It's installed via the web. Please follow the instructions in the installation guide.

      They don't seem to apply to me. I have outlook on my machine but our email is Google. So there is no add-in I can select from a 365 subscription
