    Hi Serge,

    Since we present the CRM information inside web browser window in Outlook, it should be exactly the same accessibility functionality that Outlook 365/IE provide

      what about if we use a desktop version outlook 2013?

      You can use the same Office 365 add-in on the desktop version outlook 2013. It would be the same accessibility. If on the other hand you use our Outlook integration product (plugin) - It does not provide any accessibility functionality
