    Hi,

    You purchased one license for one user. You have already activated one user. This is why the software is telling you that you cannot activate more than one

    Hello, In fact this license was only installed once because I only have one client to need it. What I did is download the license on my computer. Transfer it to my network administrator's workstation who will download it to my client's workstation. Could you remove the licenses and provide me with a new license number to make it work.
