I'm wondering if it is possible to show custom modules in the outlook sidebar? and archive emails to custom modules?

Hi,
Yes, you can add custom modules to sidebar (see sidebar configuration under options). You can also archive email to custom modules. Note that in order for you to add custom modules to sidebar, the custom module needs to have relationship with either the contact/lead or account. In order to archive email, the custom module needs to have relationship with email (activities)
