Closed Bug? created by randy 5 years ago

have emails contacts that are in outlook and in suitecrm but if you look at the implicit window in the screen shot it shows they are not in the system so i added them they then become a duplicate contact in the account ? tried this on 3 separate accounts

    Hi,

To sync contacts from SuiteCRM to Exchange/Outlook, you need to mark them as 'Sync to Outlook' in SuiteCRM otherwise they will not be synced.

so i got it to work but , why when i ask it to create a unknown account it shows me the contact as already in Outlook if i tell it to update the record doesn't go to SuiteCRM . it i tell it to duplicate it then it does populate to SuteCRM . but then it creates a new not complete record . in outlook . meaning the origanal record i have has maybe 2 numbers contact address etc
