#1384 - Missing contacts

Closed Bug? created by hbar 6 years ago

I want to sync contacts between SuiteCRM and Exchange 2013.
I completed the install and verified my servers.

My goal is to sync all my contacts in CRM to Exchange. However only three contacts synced from CRM to Exchange. Do contacts have to be assigned to my user in CRM for them to sync to Exchange? When I make changes to any of the three contacts that did sync, the updated information does sync.

What should I do to troubleshoot this problem?

    Hi,

Contacts are synced based on the date/time they were created or last modified. To sync the contacts you want to sync, just select them (set the filters) on SuiteCRM and do a mass update.

After some more testing the solution was to check the "Sync to Outlook®" field on each contact. If this field is not check the contact will not sync. Mass updating this field to checked fixed the problem.
