#3972 - error when validating activating code

Hi, I'm having an error message when I validate the activation code, it says Error: null. After that, I installed a complete new one SuiteCRM in other domain and I'm having the same error, so it could be something in our server. I attached images. The server supports curl php and we don't have any firewall blocking suitecrm

Could you help me please?
