#388 - Survey module returns blank page

First we apologize for having issue with the Survey Rocket plugin. We have checked with the same SuiteCRM version but we are not facing this type of issue. If you will provide us your sandbox CRM instance where you have installed the Survey Rocket Plugin then it will help us provide you the solution for the issue.
