#3345 - Surveys randomly don't save
We keep running into problems with the module. At the time of creation we add the required fields and when we save the survey and reopen it, the fields we added don't show as if it wasn't saved. This seems to happen randomly, as it saves correctly for a few fields, then when we add more it will no longer save.
