Please can I have some support with this?
Hi,
We have responded to your email to our support mailbox last Thursday on this issue.
The error shows up because you tried to install the patch zip file as a module in SuiteCRM by using the module loader. This is not the case for the patch.
If you unzip the file, you’ll find that it contains some PHP files that need to be copied over to your SuiteCRM server. Please see the folder names and based on the folder names, copy the PHP files and overwrite the corresponding PHP files you currently have.
Regard,
Implicit Support
