Hello SendSMS is just pure SMS Gateway integration plugin and does not provide workflow functionality. We may look at it in the future releases.

Hello This is just to inform you that we have integrated SendSMS with SuiteCRM Workflow functionality. So you can now create workflow actions with use of SendSMS

    Hi Zivnet,

Am attempting to use the workflow functionality, but can't see how to pass variable suite parameters into the sms message. For example, when a new record is created (the condition), I'd like to send an SMS to the mobile number found in the new record. Is this possible?

    Thanks

Hi Yes, this should be possible, however supported modules are Contacts or Leads. So you should be able to send SMS when new Contact or new Lead is created. In your Workflow entry you should have "Contacts" or "Leads" as a Workflow module. Next click "Actions" and you should see "Send SMS" in the dropdown. Select it and it will send SMS to relevant mobile when a workflow triggers.

If you would need support in setting this, please contact us directly via email (support@viznet.pl) We should be able to help.
