#1698 - Doesn't install correctly

tried installing v7.10 on Version 7.10.11 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344). Didn't install correctly and created random problems. Blank Admin Page etc.

    I am currently traveling. I will try to reproduce the error on standby system. Let me know which logs you will need to review meanwhile. I think earliest TV session can be done is on Friday. Which timezone you work in?
