RecordCreator helps you create a related record from any module and define which fields should be copied over to the newly created related record. For example, if a user is on a Ticket record the use could create an Invoice record from that Ticket and copy over information such as the contact information or address.

Hello,
If you have the Many to Many Relationship between the Modules then it'll not automatically apply. Many to Many Relationship means both Module have Subpanel.
As per the Screenshot, Account have the Many to Many to Relationship with Cases. So it's not adding automatically.
If you have One to Many Relationship like Account have the One to Many Relationship with Cases then it'll automatically attached in the Subpanel but Account Module Relate Field must need in Cases Module.
