Hello, Could you please let me know how to arrange a refund - we bought this and installed it succcessfully but have discovered that it is not what we need at all, we had misunderstood - we need a mass re-assignment tool for when there is a change of staff. Please let me know how to arrange the refund within 30 days? Thank you!

Thank you for using our add-on. Yes, this add-on is specifically designed to assign child records when the parent record’s assignment changes. Since you are looking for a mass reassignment tool for staff changes, that functionality would require a customization. For example, we could automate a background mass reassignment whenever a user becomes Inactive, but that would not be part of this add-on.
