Can you please give 775 recursive permission to your CRM folder. Please tell us which version of the SuiteCRM you're using?

Also is it possible for you to share your CRM Login Credentials and FTP Details where you hosted your CRM?

Thank you for your prompt response, and I sincerely appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue.

I have taken your advice into consideration and have adjusted the permission of the CRM folder to 755 recursively.
