Hi, I'm trying to send by workflow an email, using a specific user's SMTP. I set the option "the outgoing mail server (select user)" but when I entered the workflow this option is no longer present. Also, the outgoing server configuration in the user is also not saved.

Can you help me?

    Can you please tell us which Version of the SuiteCRM you're using?

    is it possible for you to share CRM Login Credentials and FTP Details where you hosted your CRM?
