Hello,

i want to send e-mail from Workflow with the mail settings from assigned user. We are using SuiteCRM 7.10.7 Configuration: system email settings: - from name: MyDomain CRM - from address: crm@mydomain.de - "Allow users to use this account for outgoing email" is disabled - smtp server / SSL Port 465 - Use SMTP Authentication: enabled - SMTP username crm@mydomain.de / SMTP password

user settings: - from name: Sales Office - from address: leads@mydomain.de - same server settings as system except smtp username and password (we are using one smtp account for office with multiple aliases - Outgoing Server - Multiple SMTP: from name: Sales Office / from address : leads@mydomain.de / server settings with main smtp user

Workflow: - when i set action "send email" the mails are send via system email settings - when i set action "send email using multiple smtp" the mails are NOT send

What did i wrong ?

    Can you please attach screen shot of Workflow which you had set for trigger workflow action and Outgoing server settings Screenshot?

    It will be better to give us your CRM access if you don't mine. So Our Team will check what was the exact issue in that.

      thanks for response. I guess we have a gerenal problem with mail settings. we will close this ticket. We will setup a new instance of SuiteCRM and test it then. If I have more questions i will contact you by mail/skype.
