I guess we have a gerenal problem with mail settings. we will close this ticket.
We will setup a new instance of SuiteCRM and test it then. If I have more questions i will contact you by mail/skype.

i could solve this issue: the table didn't exist in database. After Quick repair in SuiteCRM, the table was created and now we can save reports.
so this issue can succesfully closed
