#4832 - Generate access tokens error

Hello, we have installed the mautic integrator plug-in following each of the steps indicated. Our problem is in the step where the token request is made to Mautic, since it reports the following error: {"errors":[{"message": "Looks like I encountered an error (error #500). If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!", "code":500, "type":null}]}

Our versions: Mautic: 4.4.7 SuiteCRM: 7.12.10

Please let us know how we can fix it or if you need more information from us.

    Hello! Thank you for your message. Please, send us new entries (which should appear when mentioned error is reported) in one or more of these log files: Mautic logs: [mautic_instance_directory]/var/logs/mautic_prod-YYYY-MM-DD.php (YYYY-MM-DD - current date) PHP logs (e.g. Ubuntu + Apache): /var/log/apache2/phpX.X-fpm.log /var/log/apache2/phpX.X-fpm.log.1 /var/log/apache2/errors.log /var/log/apache2/errors.log.1

    path that looks similar to above

      There are "redirect_uri_mismatch" error. It means, that one or more URLs typed in configuration are incorrect.

      in CRM -> Administration -> Connector Settings -> Set Connector Properties -> Mautic Tab -> Mautic Instance URL field should be Mautic URL address

      in Mautic -> Settings -> API Credentials -> CRM Integration entry -> Redirect URI field should be CRM URL ended by /mautic_api/get_token (e.g. https://myexamplecrm.com/mautic_api/get_token)

      in Mautic -> Settings -> Plugins -> eVolpe Marketing Automation Integration -> SugarCRM/SuiteCRM URL field should be CRM URL

      In every case of above pay attention if you have SSL enabled - http://... when not or https://... when yes.
