I finished the installation on both sides but I did not manage to synchronize the contracts from Suitecrm to Mautic. and I need help to be able to move forward. thank you

No so far I have not advanced. still no synchronization. and the cron job is nevertheless ok.

Well, I think I know where the problem is. Our plugin does not support Mautic 3.3 yet. We are working on an update.
Requirements: from version 3.1.2 to version 3.2.x
We will probably update soon, but we don't have it ready yet.

I think the problem now is the cronjob. when I modify a contact it synchronizes. how i can modify my cron job. thank you

Unfortunately, the plugin will not work properly with the Mautic 3.3 version. Until we upgrade the plugin, the plugin will not sync properly.
You can go back to version 3.2 for a while or wait for the upgrade.
We try to make it happen as soon as possible.

We updated our requirements for our plugin.
Now we support: - Mautic version: from version 4.0.X to version 4.1.X - Mautic version: from version 3.2.X to version 3.3.X - Mautic version: 2.14.X, 2.15.X, 2.16.X
