#2888 - Failed: License Key is invalid

When I try to license the plugin in SuiteCRM I get an error: Failed: License Key is invalid. I copied and pasted it so it can't be a typo. Please let me know how to proceed.

    What version of SuiteCRM, Mautic and PHP do you have? Did you use license key 485166b26abe...... ?

    I'm running: PHP version 7.3.19 Mautic version 2.16.2 SuiteCRM version 7.11.15

    Yes I copy and pasted the key ending in 1e82 into the field.

    Brian,

    Everything should be fine. Did you use our configuration guide (https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/mautic-suitecrm-integrator/configuration-guide#p21)?

    If you have done all the steps according to the guide and there is still a problem then I will generate a new key for you. We will then check if the problem is the license key or something else.

    My instance of SuiteCRM is in a subdomain which links directly to a folder. For example its at: https://crm.mydomain.com which points to the /crm folder. If I enter https://crm.allstatecomputers.com for the SuiteCRM URL in the eVolpe Mautic plugin, when I click the Authorize App function I get an Authorization failed with the error message, 'There was an unknown error encountered when trying to obtain the access token.' Nothing shows up in the Mautic logs either.

    Hi,

    Please make sure, that you have in /.htaccess file correct RewriteBase registry for your CRM instance URL address as subdomain: ... RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^mautic_api/get_token index.php?entryPoint=MauticGetToken [L,QSA] ... If I enter https://crm.allstatecomputers.com for the SuiteCRM URL in the eVolpe Mautic plugin, when I click the Authorize App function (...)

    Did you entered correctly "SugarCRM/SuiteCRM username" and "SugarCRM/SuiteCRM password" for CRM Administrator too? Without them you can get mentioned error message.

    • I got the license key to work. I wasn't selecting the right License Supplier.
    • I got past the 403 error - it was a permissions issue on the CRM installation

    New Problem: - I was able to successfully get the campaigns to sync from Mautic to SuiteCRM, but I cannot get the contacts/leads/accounts to synchronize - As per your troubleshooting document, the cron job for the CRM is setup and working - If I manually run the app/console mautic:evolpe:sync at the CLI, the response is: Evlope Sync Start Count: 0 Evolpe Sync End There are currently 28 contacts and 15 companies in my mautic installation, none of them have made it over to SuiteCRM.

    Brian,

    Not all contacts are automatically being send to CRM. By the use of "Push contact to integration" action Mautic Administartor may set up rules for when contacts should be send. More information here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/mautic-sugarcrm-integrator/features#p12

    Our integrator doesn't synchronize Accounts.
