#1813 - Kanban - Licence needs renewing everyday
Hello I have tried to send a Skype to Andrew with no reply?
We had customisations done to our plugin and since this has caused the licence check to break ? I do not really know
Every single day we login to CRM and it says Kanban licence has expired, go to admin and click validate and it works
Login next day and does it again
Can you please offer support to resolve what I believed to be a simple issue that has lasted months

This same issue is occurring on our instance. Version 7.11.12 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
Andrew - not sure why a one-time-purchase is having a weekly, or any form of repeat validation. Would appreciate your advice here.

I would be interested in your outcome as this issue was never resolved for us, we moved our CRM to a new domain on advice but the issue followed us
The developer did review it and compare our instance but from memory said his deployment was working fine
We have now removed this plugin...

Hello, please send your licence key to sales@vedisoft.ru. The reason for this behavior may be the unavailability of the license check server. Please try to check suitecrm.log for errors related to License. It can contain this text: "OutfittersLicense::doValidate() failed ...".
