We can take a look at that. At first glance, it looks like we should be able to. How are those cases in Service Now tied to what is in SuiteCRM? Is it a contact in SuiteCRM who is also related to a Service Now case or is it at the account level?

Thanks. We are investigating what the timeline would look like for getting ServiceNow support out the door. Is there a timeline that you have in mind for your client?
What Glances will do for a SuiteCRM and ServiceNow integration is give users the ability to see all ServiceNow cases based on a person associated to the case from within SuiteCRM, any other webpage, or by doing a quick Glances search from the new desktop app.
It also works the other way, they will be able to pull up any customer that is in SuiteCRM from any app, webpage, or via the desktop app and get a single, unified customer view of that person from across all of their connected apps. This would include SuiteCRM contact info, ServiceNow cases, and any other apps that are important to them.
Right now this is all person-centric for free-text lookups. However, email addresses that are account-level email addresses can be used to tie together ServiceNow cases with SuiteCRM accounts. Clicking on an account email address Glancey stamp will pull up a unified customer view for that email address.
If this sounds like a possible fit for your client just let me know and we will continue with adding ServiceNow.
