#4012 - Sending Failed When Multiple Signers or Signers Not in SuiteCRM Added
Whenever I try to add a signer who is not already a record within SuiteCRM or when I try to add multiple signers, this plugin always says 'Sending Failed' in Processing State for the eSign record listing. How can this be resolved?
I also have some other buggy behaviors such as when I try to add a signer who is not within SuiteCRM, it always asks for two contacts and if I delete the extra one it tries to delete the other as well.
