The Email Sync add-on for SuiteCRM is a separate product designed to enhance email functionality within the context of SuiteCRM and is not directly tied to either Google Workspace or non-Google Workplace. It is a standalone add-on designed to help users customize their personal email inbox and improve their email workflow within the context of SuiteCRM. While Google Workspace does offer email functionality itself.

Thank you for more clarification. For more clarity , I was just curious if this was compatible with google workspace domains. For example, I have a personal gmail **(Not Google Workspace) ** myname@gmail.com.
My Google Workspace accounts utilize my company domain: dwayne@mycompany.com. I think the difference is that google manages my domain, or is filtered through google workspace.

I may not be understanding the purpose of synch. Im hoping to for a solutions that allows team to send emails from Gmail and relate them to projects for example. Would also be if the returned email was also then related to the project to smooth out and optimize communication regarding the project.

Currently, Email Sync works for 2 modules i.e. Accounts and Contacts. It doesn't work for any other module at the moment. We'll definitely consider making it work for other modules. Thank you
