#1725 - Duplicate Records getting created
In the edit mode the module works like it should. The operator cannot save unless the target field is made unique. Somehow there is a process that duplicates the record every field exactly, this occurs several times a week, I think during the create process. We have about a dozen agents with 90K or so contacts.
I tried using the duplicate under the action tab and it will not allow a save unless the target field is made unique. I cannot seem to recreate it, but I do have a copy of the database with a sample of the duplicate. If you need to examine this let me know via e-mail and I will make our test server server available for you.
