#2562 - Duplicates Screen
I have the Duplicate Cleaner running and when it finds a duplicate I see "Record Deleted" in the Duplicates module. I do not have automerge enabled either. What does this mean?

Hi Peter,
When you have set a Duplicate Cleaner rule and have kept the automerge = unchecked. As the cron runs and Duplicate is found, it enters the record in "Duplicate" module, From there you can perform manual merge. But as per what you say, it seems that when the cron is executed, the entry is done in "Duplicate" module, with "Primary record" and "Duplicate Record" As it shows that "Record Deleted" in any of them, means the record somehow is deleted from CRM, not by the duplicate cleaner. Someone manually have deleted that record in the CRM. so the queue shows "Record Deleted" In order to check how this functions, Create 2 records with same details and let the cron execute, the Duplicate module will show the duplicates, which you can then manually merge.
