Hello Urdhva Tech Team,

We have noticed that there are differences in usage between different browsers. For example, not all document formats can be uploaded via Mozilla Firefox. What is the reason for this?

    Hello,

    It should not be the case. We have tested with many formats. To further investigation, Can you please share the below details? 1) Browser name and version 2) The document format 3) Operating system that you are using.

      I have no problems with Googe Chrome, all formats are uploaded perfectly. With Firefox (V. 60.6.1) I cannot upload Emails (.msg). All Office and pdf documents are ok. As operating system we are using Windows 10.

      Hello,

      Thank you for the information. I have tried with the same browser version and the file type and it is uploaded successfully. I suspect, It may be a file size issue. When you upload the file and if it fails it will show you the icon of the file preview, Can you mouse hover their? It will show you the exact reason for not uploaded file in red color.
