A complete SuiteCRM and DocuSign integration which allows us to quickly pull data from SuiteCRM modules like Account, Contact, Lead, Prospect, User, Quote and Contract and then send them out for signature directly from SuiteCRM. The signed document's fields are then returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the corresponding SuiteCRM records. The signed documents are returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the document envelope.
#3825 - {DS BOX} variable in PDF Template is not removed from PDF document in Docusign
Hello,
I may have missed the direction, but i am getting the {DS BOX} variable in the PDF Signature line in the DocuSign document.
The DocuSign system is recognizing the variable and providing the signature block in the correct place -- but it is placing the signature over top of the {DS BOX} variable - vs. inserting the Signature in place of the variable.

Hello,
Thanks for using our add-on. Please make the font color white for {DS BOX} and then you will not have the {DS BOX} on the signature.
