A complete SuiteCRM and Docusign integration which allows us to quickly pull data from SuiteCRM modules like Account, Contact, Lead, Prospect, User, Quote and Contract and then send them out for signature directly from SuiteCRM. The signed document's fields are then returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the corresponding SuiteCRM records. The signed documents are returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the document envelope.
#3824 - Does the 'Update Status' trigger automatically or is it only manual on Docusign record

We have sent a contract out from CRM to Docusign using the 'Send Contract for Signing' button in the Contacts detailView --- the contract goes out nicely and gets signed by the customer and we get the email notification - however - it seems we need to click 'Update Status' in order for the CRM to process the signed document by fetching the related docusign data and pdf attachment with signature - and update status of Docusign record to 'Completed'
should this 'Update Status' function happen via scheduler as well? I just don't see a scheduler job for this.
This seems like it should be able to trigger a job every 5 minutes to check for any signed contracts - please advise.

I discoverd the function in the 'job funtions' dropdown in SuiteCRM Schedulers and created the job - all good - you can close this ticket - thanks.
