Docusign Integration

Hi, There could be several reasons API polling could fail.

• Remove all the DocuSign records from CRM which you would have send using the demo environment. As there could be many document which would be pending signature. And then when you switch to the production environment, the API keeps on trying to get the status of those documents(demo environment), which will always fail, and keep on wasting the API calls.
• Can you reduce the scheduler execution time from Admin -> Schedulers -> then change the DocuSign scheduler execution time to 5 hours or 8 hours.
• Also if your CRM is hosted on HTTPS then set the scheduler execution to 8 or 10 hours. As DocuSign will pushback the envelop status directly to CRM if you have HTTPS URL. Else you need to get it done via cronjob.

To get approval for submission, You can make 20 successful calls and submit it for production. You can try to get templates 20 times and then submit them for production. either you can send 20 times for signature. Or make API call for get templates 20 times

We have a link Get list of DocuSign templates into the admin section. You can click on the Synchronize Templates 20 times but in some time interval let say 1 minute or 5 minutes. Then after you will provide for the production and might be there is no such issue.
