A complete SuiteCRM and Docusign integration which allows us to quickly pull data from SuiteCRM modules like Account, Contact, Lead, Prospect, User, Quote and Contract and then send them out for signature directly from SuiteCRM. The signed document's fields are then returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the corresponding SuiteCRM records. The signed documents are returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the document envelope.

Hi I am setting up my Suitecrm Docusign integration I have setup a template and labels but it wont do the mappings in suitecrm , says oops error! if I create a new test template it works but not with the one I developed

The problem seems to be of the supported field types from the API client. The DocuSign API client library supports text, checkbox, radio types. Your template would have dropdowns which create problems.
Here is the registered bug for the same. The workaround this would be to change your DocuSign template from Dropdown to Checkbox or radios.
