Hi, i already trial dashboard copy manager for 1 month, how did i know if i already buy this add on for one year ? or what i have to do when this trial periode is expired and i want to buy this add on ? Because a few days ago i got the confirmation from the bank about this transaction ? is it automatically buy or what ?

pleas give me an information about this matter.

    Hello,

    You can always login to your account and go to your account to see the status of your purchases. You are correct I am showing the yearly purchase went through a few days ago. The trial converts to purchased after the 30-day trial unless it is cancelled in that time. You should have received reminders in the days leading up to that.

    I remember you had asked about a 1-time purchase of this add-on. Are you interested in switching to that?

    Hi Jackal Software,

    About for one time purchase, i think it's not for now . i will subscript this add on for one year . i already got the email about purchase note this add on , the next question :

    1. did have to reinstall the module after i purchased ?
    2. or any other license key that i have to use? which different from trial version license key ?
    3. when i try the trial version, my suitecrm url is "http" , now i've changed the url to "https" , now the dashboard copy manager not working, Is it happened because i've change from http to https or because i still use the trial version license key ?

    Please advice ..

    Hello,

    The http/https shouldn't have anything to do with the product working or not. Did the instance move as well? The license key converts to a live key when the trial converts.

    I'd suggest reinstalling and testing to make sure everything is properly in place. If you have any issues please let me know and if needed I can take a look.
