Hello
We are retrieving the template list based on the Module selected in the Module List field in Email Templates. For Mass Whatsapp from List View, only those templates are listed whose Module is selected as Generic and for single Messages, its showing based on the respective Module Names. In your case, templates with Module name as Leads are getting listed.

When we send message via our plugin, we create Call record for each message. Can you please check is the Call getting created for the two numbers showing in the template
We have added two fields in Calls module "Twilio WhatsApp Status" and "Twilio WhatsApp Error," Please add those fields in Calls via studio,
Once message is send you can check the status for each message.

In call Only the first of the numbers with a positive outcome is recorded, from the second onwards no record is created

All the whatsapp message that you send should be recorded in Calls module. Are you checking in Calls module itself?
Are you using Whatsapp created template to send message? Have you filled Content Sid in Email template & Messaging service ID in Admin panel to send message?
