I would like to start WhatsApp conversations from the call list, is it possible to customize it so that the button appears on this screen? Using the workflow, I extracted the phone number and presented it in the call list, but the link to start the WhatsApp conversation does not appear.

Yes its possible. For WhatsApp icon to appear besides the number you need to create a field of type Phone from studio. For functionality to work, have made the changes and updated in store. You can take the latest updated package from store.
