  1. When I receive an Inbound Whatsapp Message, it automatically associate with an admin account, and only this account receives the desktop notification. Can we change this?
  2. When sending a message to a number, I receive an error message, that is blank, but the message is sended anyway. Is this a bug?
  3. When I am in the chatbox, and receive a message from a number, the page does not update automatically with this new message. Can we change this?

    Hello,

    2. When sending a message to a number, I receive an error message, that is blank, but the message is sended anyway. Is this a bug? -- We have tested this in our environment but we are unable to reproduce it in our system, can we check that in your system?

    3. When I am in the chatbox, and receive a message from a number, the page does not update automatically with this new message. Can we change this? -- Have you set up a webhook properly in your Twilio account? Webhook will send details of messages immediately to CRM when any message comes.
