#4406 - Can Whats App replace the Case Module's blog Function?
We like the multimedia and multiperson encrypted communication features of whatsapp. Can we use that in our Case Module to record team activities directed towards solving customer issues? We would want that a new case creates a new mutliperson group chat that allows all users in the related security group to use and view.

As of now, there is no such feature implemented for group chat in WhatsApp(Not available from Twilio). We will let you know if it's added to your roadmap.
