Hi. Plugin was working on the Suite CRM 8. We decided to install it on our main old Suite CRM 2.12 system. We used the "SMS_Suite8_Monthly-2024-09.zip" installation file. We did all the steps, and tried to send SMS. Window is hanging, no SMS send. Do we need to use a different installation file for 7.12 version?

Hello,

The package you purchased is suitable only for SuiteCRM 8. It is not compatible with SuiteCRM version 7. It will work only with SuiteCRM 8, not with version 7. For SuiteCRM 7, you need to purchase the SuiteCRM 7–specific package.

Hello Customer,

If you want to use a plugin in SuiteCRM version 7 instead of SuiteCRM 8, you need to cancel your subscription to SuiteCRM 8 and purchase SuiteCRM version 7.
