Hello, We've created few email templates for SMS. When I go to the SMS window for the contact, I can see these templates in the SMS template drop down list. But when I select multiple contacts and click Mass SMS-list of available SMS templates is empty. Please help. Thank you

Hello

You need to create email template with modulelist selected as Generic.Then it will get selected during Mass WhatsApp
