#5566 - Installed following instructions but not working as indicated

I installed the add on -first the OT. When it checks an email it will flash valid but the contact record does not update that it has been validated.

    Hello

    Did you perform Quick Repair and Rebuild from Admin Panel after installing the Package.

    Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair and Rebuild

    Please execute all the scripts that popup on doing the reapir.

    Once EMail is validated, as mentioned in the documentation Date and time of the last email verification will be logged in CRM and will be displayed on the detail view of the record.

    If still you are not able to view this, can you please let us know your SuiteCRM & PHP version

      Yes. I did in fact follow the instructions and did a Quick repair Rebuild after installing the package. Actually, there were TWO packages in the Order history. I installed both.

      The issue is that strangely enough even after validating, many of the contacts still show "Email ID never verified" However if the email address actually validates there appears on some of the contacts to have a green checkmark next to the email address. BUT even invalid emails will show Email ID last verified on: [date and time]

      Also is there a way to show the date and time in local and not UTC date and time?

      and what is the difference between email validated and Email ID Verified?

      Hello

      If you have added one valid email address & validated. Then it shows Email address last verified on [Date & Time]. Once verified if you change the email address to invalid one then it may show something like below screen shot. Email address as Invalid with last verified time & date

      Yes we can make it to UTC time. Will work on it & update you.

      There is no difference between Email validated and verified. Its one and the same.

    Also, we don't seem to be getting out 100 daily allotment of checks. All checks seem to be coming out of the 500 purchased persistant checks.
